Plan #5 Total Stranger

I was hanging around whole day at JUSCO, then going to McD, call and follow up some cases for robotics,
it happens to be almost half a day, then i call my downline, call my prospect to fix appointment. after finishing everything, it was almost five, i should have go home and bath at 5pm, however, i need to complete my target, meeting 3 new friends today, finally, an indian girl sitting in front of me.

i was reading an article on how to make friends with a total stranger, what to talk in order to start a conversation, and i was afraid to implement what i have learned. it took me awhile to take a move to approach the girl, she was trying to install media player to play her dvd, i started the conversation with borrowing calculator. later, i ask why she download media player, she say she wish to watch korean drama.

i found same topic n same interest therefore i talk about drama, i ask her why she staying at jb, not student but a working person, she works at hospital sultan ismail, as medical assistant, which has no fix working hour, she stay at jb while her parent in penang, nibong tebal. we found another familiar topic to discuss. then she ask me why staying jb, i talk about my robotics, and my biz.

she interest in what i am doing, then is how we start show the plan. i start by explaining QI, explaining IT, and the power of network, then I focus on why we networking, how to start, building a network. then I show her the fact that we have no option nowadays, and make her realize she need money.

she say she has 7 siblings, two young sister still studying, need her support, her eldest brother is missing, her sister working at singapore, nursing area. her parents is going to retired, she need money to support her family, she is more concern about her family. and she have a saving of 2k right now, planning to buy samsung s3, before she found this opportunity, she know that there is no much option out there, she worry if lost how, she know max ocean before, other mlm company, didnt join.

i just wan to help her, solve her financial problem. she say wan to start the biz, bank in money on monday. i din make her to give money now, is it ok?

Plan #4 Salesman or Networker

In the morning, actually I din sleep well for the whole night because I was sleeping inside my car. It was a cold night and I was shivering whole night. However, I have made the appointment day before, so I must be there to present my business.

Sri Putri, I reached her house and waited her for few minutes. We travel to Tun Aminah to take breakfast together. I forget to take money, therefore, I was treated by a girl, Oh my god. Haiz.. I shuld have prepared earlier.

During the conversation, I found that, I speak too much unnecessary things before I get into the topic, therefore it sound weird when I speak seriously. However, everyone has a reason to start the biz, only they are not realize. Thus, I am having this important duty to make them realize what they want, and the reason they need this biz.

Plan #4: Teoh Wenni

prefer working life, haven experience working life, dun have clear direction, not really believe in Hanjie, Kind of lazy person.

Reason to start biz: have car to pay, love travel, accountant low salary

Learn:
Many of my friends has involved in sales, or insurance, or properties, therefore, when we talk about project A, they have set their mind off, saying this as what normal sales is. In fact, I am not doing sale, I am building team. I am creating millionaires. It is different as I m not really concern about the money made from completing the project A but I am interested on the passive income after completing building project A. I can earn with my team. Now, I am selling this position to my best friends, what they should c from this project is my seriousness. therefore, I need to change myself, so that they can feel the seriousness from inner me.

I am not serious enough therefore, they see me as not serious person, I have to play with the universal law, law of attraction: start thinking about what actually I want, the possibility of good thing happens on myself, the outcome that i wan, think of the feeling I wan, the love that I wan from people around me.. Feel the love!! Start do Sphere of Silence in the morning. I can discover something great!!

Plan #3 Not my cup of tea: Anti-Social??

Travel from Mount Austin to UTM take about 40mins, with my financial support currently,it is really difficult. Therefore, I have decided my schedule to be Sun and Mon at UTM, Tue to Sat at JB. The only expenses I spent during this time is Petrol, Food and Handphone. However,I have no much salary to cover my expenses. So, the only way I can do is to success in QNET, very MAD in project A.

After talking with Maalinee, I have written down my Project A schedule:

October 13 must complete a team of 170 people. Hanjie is the successful leader where everyone in his team follow him. 

Jay's Dreams

1. By end of October, Jay is a successful leader with RM6000 monthly income.

2. At the end of 2012, Jay can travel to Taiwan, Tokyo, and Korea without worrying of money or funding, and time for holiday. Jay choose to travel anytime with anyone he loves.

3. By completing Project A, Jay is a person who 100 or more people is counting on him, relying him and respect him. Everybody in his team is earning big and grateful for his help and support.

Plan #3 : 

He is my coursemate, diploma student, not really close with him. He is not social friendly person, seldom see crowded by people. He has imsonia problem for at least 10 years already. Now, he has mental problem and cannot remember or memorize thing. Now, he worry about his job and cannot study anymore. the reason he din join the biz: he sick of social with other people. no interest? Not his cup of tea? wan to open up his own biz.?? How?? Where capital? he has so many reason to sign up..That's why I am here to help him realize what he want and help him achieve them. 

The reason he join QNET: he need money for his own biz and he need time for his health issue, if working as normal working person, he might collapse. He may need Biodisc as well for his sickness.

Learn:

I need to push him to differentiate the pros and cons to start socialize with other, joining QNET might cure his problem. Once we know the problem, only we can determine what medicine to give to cure his problem.

Plan #2 choice o must?

Until i settle down for everything, i have decided to stay at johor bahru to continue my journey, however, the path is not reveal yet, and it is not easy. because staying outside, i can no longer reach utm market where, everyone seem to be closer as compared with outside market now. i need a strategy!!

Staying at mount austin, my market has limited to students from sunway college, and the neighborhood nearby. JUSCO tebrau is near to my place, so, currently, i still need to look for my closer friends to start up.

Plan #2:

He has the idea that I m in the biz, he know i have direction, where he dont, but he decided to help me. I should have let him see the clearer picture of himself after he join the biz, I fail to do so. However, he is so worried about his health where, biodisc might be his solution. I will follow up him with his mother together, biodisc might be a way to close the deal.

He has a dream, where he knows he cannot achieve, thus, he seem to have no direction and target. To be a singer has always be his dream, I wan to help.

The reason he need the biz: he need money for his mother, his dream, and his health.
